We offer innovative and cost effective solutions that turn waste to wealth.
Let us take you to the need of the future - Bio CNG / CBG.
What is CBG and Bio CNG ?
CBG means Compressed Biogas and Bio CNG is biogas upgraded to International standards of Natural gas and compressed .
How do we produce Biogas ?
Biogas is produced by fermenting / digesting the organic waste with the aid of enzymes / microbes in the absence of oxygen in a digester. This is called Anaerobic digestion. The process of producing methane by Anaerobic digestion is called Biomethanation.
Biomethanation
Biomethanation is the safest process to treat organic wet waste such as Food waste, Market waste, Slaughter house waste, Agricultural waste, Pressmud, Distillery spent wash, Napier Grass etc., to produce Biogas,Alkaline pest repellent and NPK rich soil nutrient.
Biogas can be used for Generating power, as an alternate to cooking fuel, for boilers in industries etc., The biogas when upgraded / purified can also be used as a Automotive fuel.
Biomethanation can also process a mixture of wastes to obtain higher yield of Biogas. With vast usage of the by-product from Biomethanation, it also becomes a sustainable and self-dependent revenue generating model process.
Biomethanation is a very old process successfully implemented in many parts of the world. With a very well-established cattle dung based Anaerobic Biomethanation process, it is natural that the quest for increasing the biogas generation in the country will lead to developing of Biomethanation processes for the use of substrates other than cattle dung. At present most of them are treated as waste, garbage, nuisance and hazard. The improper or inadequate disposal of such wastes leads to unhealthy conditions. This becomes a source of pollution and a public health problem. If such waste is recycled Biomethanation plant, it will be a source of energy, health and wealth.
There exists a significant potential for processing of such wastes as a new non- conventional energy source.
Our process technology is such that it would be easy to construct, easy to operate and easy to maintain, at the hands of the type of semiskilled personnel readily available in most places.
