The Development Process

I require all new clients to read and agree to my terms of service before any work is done.

Creation of the web site design concept and first draft. The first draft will be presented to you for approval as a mock-up (screen shot) or coded web page.

Client Support

All Support Requests should be made via email

If you are in need of an update, please email me. All email requests will be viewed and placed in my update queue. Genereally, updates such such as photos or any text info, will be updated anywhere between 1 to 3 days.

Telephone Support

Telephone support will only be provided during the project design stages. Anything after that will be conducted via email.

The majority of our contact will be via email after the your project has been completed, so PLEASE do not ask me to call you. I find emails to be easier and detailed in completing work.
